Scope
This notice covers the public restaurant website, its menus, locally hosted photos/videos and contact information. Orders and payments are not currently accepted through this website.
Website delivery and hosting
Requests send your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to the web server to deliver and protect the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider, server location, processing agreement, any international transfers and specific log-retention periods must be confirmed before publication.
Optional Google Maps
Choosing “Accept” in Cookie settings connects to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google receives your IP address and browser data, may use cookies or similar storage and may process data in the USA. This provides an interactive location map. The basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where required, section 25(1) TDDDG. The website remains usable without the map.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your choice in Cookie settings at any time. Reject withdraws acceptance and removes maps, including in other open tabs. We ask again after 180 days or a consent-version change. This does not erase data already transmitted or Google cookies; you can remove cookies in your browser. Google’s privacy notice explains its retention, recipients and international transfers.
Contact form, email and phone enquiries
The contact form sends your email, optional phone number, enquiry type, subject and message through our email delivery provider Resend to [email protected], or [email protected] for complaints. WhatsApp forwarding is not currently active. We process your contact details and message to respond, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) otherwise. Please provide only necessary information. Messages are deleted once no longer needed, subject to statutory retention and unresolved claims. The specific operational retention periods still require confirmation.
Social media and external links
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Cyber Anoubis are ordinary links, not embedded feeds or tracking plugins. Opening them takes you to the provider’s website and its privacy terms. The same applies to the external Google directions link.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority (LDI NRW).
